She quickly set herself apart with her personalized and intuitive approach to matchmaking. Susan founded Career Group in 1981 with a vision for a high-touch, relationship-focused staffing firm connecting the country’s leading companies with the best talent. She elevated industry standards with her understanding that finding the right fit for her clients and a lasting career for her candidates is all about chemistry and culture. Her commitment to excellence has made Career Group Companies a trusted and strategic partner for more than three decades. A hands-on leader, Susan is extremely active in the business today. She has a Counseling Degree from Vanier College in Montreal, Canada. Annie is a Roger Williams University graduate, where she studied Psychology and English Literature. Upon graduating, Annie moved to New York and started her career in the film industry. Now as Vice President, Annie is responsible for training and managing the New York Temporary and Full Time Divisions. Annie also spearheaded the launch of the Greenwich, Connecticut office.
